My Designer Collective has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for up to 3 months after the original purchase date on watch bands, jewelry and bracelets. Basically, if the items don't work properly and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch band, jewelry and/or bracelet through on your own. The warranty does not cover water/chemical damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of fault (by way of video or photo evidence initially) is recommended so our customer service team can expedite your request. Proof of purchase is also required for all warranty claims, so please keep your receipt.

If you consider your item to be faulty, please email warranty@mydesignercollective.com with your proof of fault and receipt. Our customer service team will then be in contact us soon as possible.

Something not quite right? Don’t worry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at return@mydesignercollective.com stating your Order No, Order Name and which product is being returned. We’ll reply with further instructions on the process.

If you prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock, we will send it to you usually within 3-7 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
